Call for papers
Deadline for the reception of papers proposals is 30th September 2008. They should be sent to:

The papers proposals should be submitted using this Form, and should contain a SUMMARY, the title of the paper, the name of all authors, postal address and preference to present a lecture or a poster.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate all proposals received and will communicate its decision to the authors during November 2008.

All presented papers will be issued in the book "Comunicaciones presentadas a las 39 Jornadas Anuales del CED" which will be delivered to the delegates during the Conference.

 

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

 

  1. The oral presentations will be in English or Spanish. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided into these two languages.
    Twenty minutes will be allowed for the presentation of each lecture plus ten minutes for discussion.
     
  2. The official language for poster presentation will be English.
     
  3. Accepted authors will be kindly requested to send a summary (10-15 lines) to be issued in Final Programme, and the final text (max. 12 pages) to be published in the proceedings, BEFORE 31st DECEMBER 2008.
     
  4. The lectures and posters submitted must be original and unpublished.
    Commercial and trade names are not allowed. Products should be described by their chemical name. Papers should not contain publicity.
     
  5. The Scientific Committee will decide on the lectures and posters to be accepted, being their number limited. The Scientific Committee can propose the transfer of some lectures to posters or vice versa.  Lectures and posters will be published in the Conference proceedings.

     
  6. With the submission of a lecture or poster the author undertakes:
  • to grant the right of publication of his paper to be published on the conference proceedings.
     
  • not to publish his paper before the publication of these proceedings.
     
  • to accept these instructions.
